Attached are the minutes of the 10/15/08 Endowment Fund Committee meeting. 
 
We approved an estimate of $17,000 for the Finance Committee to use in its preliminary budget for 2009 
as income from the Fund. This number will be finalized in early 2009 and distributed to the parish in 
March 2009. 
 
We nominated Richard Wolneiwicz to replace Tom Kent, whose term ends 12//31/2010; Phil Zak for a 6 
year term ending 12/31/2014; and John Alderson, whose 6 year term ends 12/31/2008, for an additional 6 
year term, ending 12/31/2014. Bill Perry's term ends 12/31/2008 and he is retiring from the Committee. 
The Sr. Warden elected at the 2009 annual parish meeting will automatically become a member of the 
Committee.
 
Tom and Bill have been members of the Committee for many years and have served St. Aidans well. 
They have given generously of their time and talents, which are many. St. Aidan's is deeply indebted to 
both.
 
Please consider this memo to be the formal report/request to the vestry as required by the Endowment 
Fund Committee by-laws.
